Hike Manaslu Nar Phu Valley trekking covers two adventurous Himalayan pass of Kang La pass (5200m) and Throng La(5416m) and our Nar Phu valley trekking route also goes Khopra and Muldai view point to offer amazing views of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges with sunrise.

One of the Pilgimage site of Hindus and Buddhist Muktinath Temple, jaw-dropping view of snowy capped mountains, diverse landscape, scenic nature , flora and fauna, and Tato Pani (Natural Hot Spring Place) are the major attraction of Nar Phu Valley trek. The spring and Autumn season is considered as the best trekking season.

Day 1
Day 1: Arrive in Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel

Upon your arrival in Tribhuvan International Airport Kathmandu, a Hike Manaslu representative will be there for your warm welcome and will help you to transfer to the hotel. In hotel take rest and get refreshed of the jetlag. In evening you will be joining a welcome dinner organized by Hike Manaslu Team. Overnight at hotel.

Day 2
Day 2: Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing

A guided full day Kathmandu valley sightseeing is dedicated to introduce some of the UNESCO World Heritage listed sites including, Soyambhunath, Pashupatinath, Boudhanath and Kathmandu Durbar Square. While you are enjoying the sightseeing program, one of our staff will be issuing required TIMS and permit cards for Nar Phu valley trekking . Overnight at hotel.

Day 3
Day 3: Drive to Benshisahar (760m:7/8 hrs drive)

After breakfast we will take our private vehicle and will drive to Besisahar. Upon reaching Besisahar we can take rest in teahouse. Walk around and exploration the local villages are optional. Overnight at hotel.

Day 4
Day 4: Drive to Chamje and trek to Dharapani (3-4 hrs trek)

From Besisahar we will further drive to Chamje. From Chamje we will officially start our trekking. It will take us three to four hours to trek to Dharapani. We will stay overnight at Dharapani.

Day 5
Day 5: Dharapani to Koto(2600m/5-6 hrs)

Our trail from Dharapani first goes towards Bagarchhap through pine forest. It then heads towards Danque and Timang villages where Timang will welcome us with superb views of Mount Manaslu and Peak 29. From Kimtang we will further walk through the forests and will reach Koto for overnight.

Day 6
Day 6: Koto to Meta (3560m/6-7 hrs)

After breakfast we will start our trekking. As there is difficult to find lunch places on the way this day we will carry packed lunch from Koto. Comparatively this is long walking day when we will trek through beautiful woods through Phu Khola where we will cross several small caves and streams to reach Meta. We will stay overnight at Meta.

Day 7
Day 7: Meta trek to Nar Village (4150m/7-8 hrs)

One of the best trekking day, which will offers spectacular mountains views, exploration of monasteries, wonderful landscapes and the exploration of the culture and living styles of local cultures. Reach Nar, explore the mystery. Overnight.

Day 8
Day 8: Rest day with exploration in Nar Village

We will take a rest day in Nar when we can visit Gompas, hike up to hill for views. Enjoy free day. Overnight at Nar.

Day 9
Day 9: Nar to Ngwal (3675m/6-7hrs) via Kang La pass (5315m)

We take early breakfast, and start our trekking to Ngwal. This day we will walk through one of the Himalayan high pass of Kang La. The pass is one of the adventurous pass which offers superb views of Annapurna II, IV, I Gangapurna, Tilicho peak, with the loopng up of Fishtail from behind and the peaks surrounding Tilicho and the airport at Thongde. From the pass we will further trek to Ngwal village for overnight.

Day 10
Day 10: Ngwal to Manang (3550m/5-6 hrs trek)

After breakfast we will resume our trekking. The route from Ngwal to Manang first reach to Braga- an old Tibetan style village. From there we continue our trekking through unique colorful Chortens and will reach Manang- which offers us the superb views of Annapurna III and Gangapurna Himal and also offers to explore local village. Overnight.

Day 11
Day 11: Rest Day in Manang

This will be our rest day at Manang where we will enjoy exploring this nature gifted village. Overnight.

Day 12
Day 12: Manang to Yak Kharka (4018 meters/5 hrs trek

After spending a wonderful day at Manang, we start our trekking and begins to ascent up to Thorang La area to Marshyandi valley. We then continue our walking through juniper forest then we pass some meadows then finally reach to Yak Kharka for overnight.

Day 13
Day 13: Yak Kharka to Phedi (4450 meters/4 hrs trek)

From Yak Kharka we take ascend up trail walk gently to Phedi. This is the highest altitude point of the Annapurna Circuit trek. Stay overnight at Phedi.

Day 14
Day 14: Phedi to the Thorung-La Pass and to Muktinath (Up to 5416 meters/8½ hrs trek)

This day we will start early than other days. From Phedi, we take steeo up trail and gradually hike and get to Thorang La Pass. From pass we can enjoy the superb views of Annapurna. After pass we will take descend down trail to Muktinath. Muktinath is a pilgrimage site dedicated to both Hindus and Buddhists. We will stay overnight at Muktinath.

Day 15
Day 15: Muktinath to Kagbeni (Up to 3550 meters/3½ hrs trek)

In morning we will explore religious Muktinath temple. After spending some time, we will first descend trail to Jharkot then trek through Eklabhatti and reach Kagbeni. Overnight.

Day 16
Day 16: Kagbeni to Marpha (2670 meters/5 hrs trek)

Fom Kagbeni, we follow the left bank of the river, we then cross the suspension bridge. From there we with some ups and downs we reach Jomsom. Further we continue our trekking pass Kali Gandaki Gorge- the deepest gorge in the world then reach Marpha. Marpha is place for fresh apples grown by villagers. Overnight at Marpha.

Day 17
Day 17: Marpha to Kalopani (Up to 2590 meters/6 hrs trek)

After spending a wonderful day in Marpha, this day we take the southern gateway of Kaligandaki to Tukuche. From there we follow the west bank of the river and cross the suspension bridge and reach Kobang. From there we continue walk through juniper and pine forest to reach Kalopani. We stay overnight at Kalopani.

Day 18
Day 18: Kalopani to Tatopani (1160 meters/6 hrs trek)

From Kalopani, we will take descend to bridge of Lete. We then pass Kopchepani and Guithe village. From there a gradual walk will take us to Tatopani. In Tadapani we can enjoy bathing in natural hot spring. Overnight.

Day 19
Day 19: Tatopani to Chitre (2390m/5-6 hrs trek)

After breakfast, we will start our trekking and will follow the trail to Ghara and Shika villages to reach Chitre. Chitre is a small yet a wonderful settlement where we will stay overnight

Day 20
Day 20: Chitre to Sistibang (3026m/6-7hrs trek)

We take early breakfast and start our trekking again. From Chitre our trail leads us to Swanta for lunch. After lunch we will take an ascending trail and will trek to Sistibang which is a wonderful Magar settlement. Overnight at Sistibang.

Day 21
Day 21: Sistibang to Khopra Danda (3660m/5-6 hrs trek )

As always we take early breakfast and will start our trekking. It will take us five to six hours trekking to reach Khopra Danda which will offers us the amazingly beautiful sunrise view at Mt Dhaulagiri. Overnight.

Day 22
Day 22:Khopra Danda to Dobato (3426m)

The morning will rewards us with stunning sunrise view in Dhaulagiri. After enjoying the amazing sunrise we then take breakfast and will kick off to Dobato. The route will take us through Bayeli village to reach Dobato for overnight.

Day 23
Day 23: Hike Muldai View Point (3467m.) Trek to Kot Danda via Tadapani (6/7 hrs trek)

Early morning before breakfast we will hike up to Muldai view point where we can enjoy the stunning views of Annapurna, Dhaulagiri Mountains ranges. After then we get back to teahouse, will have breakfast and will trek to Kot Danda via Tadapani. Overnight at Kot Danda.

Day 24
Day 24: Trek Dhamale via Ghandruk (3-4 hrs trek) and drive back to Pokhara(2 hrs hrs drive)

Final day of the trekking. We take early breakfast and will follow descend trail from Kot Danda to Ghandruk where we will spend sometime exploring beautiful traditional village. Then after we will trek down to Dhamale and will drive back to Pokhara from there. Overnight at Pokhara.

Day 25
Day 25: Drive (6 hrs)/Fly (30 minutes) back to Kathmandu

Travel back to Kathmandu overland or take thirty minutes spectacular flight back to Kathmandu. In Kathmandu we will have enough time for rest. In evening we can do some shopping before joining farewell dinner with Hike Manaslu team Overnight at Hotel.

Day 26
Day 26: Fly back home

A Hike Manaslu representative will accompany you to Tribhuvan International Airport to catch your returning flight. We hope to see you again in Nepal.
