A scenic 40 minutes flight from Kathmandu takes you to Lukla. In Lukla meet remaining crews then start trek to Phakding. It is 3 hours gentle walk through the banks of Dudh Koshi River to Phakding. O/N.
Take early breakfast, tie your boots and get ready for trekking. Follow the Dudh Koshi river pass several suspension bridges. It takes 6 ½ hour to reach Namche. Namche Bazar is trading center of the Khumbu Region. Check the gears and add if anything left in Kathmandu. O/N
Free day at Namche Bazar. Go to Tourist Visit Center and get knowledge about Sherpa culture plus flora and faunas of Everest Region. Hiking Thame or exploration are the optional activities for the day.
From Namche, you head towards Tengboche. It will be scenic ups and downs walk which offers stunning mountains views including Mt Everest, Mt Nuptse, Mt Lhotse and close views of Thamserkhu and Amadablam. It takes approx. 6 hours to reach Tengboche. Tengboche is one of the best view point of Everest region and has the biggest Buddhist Monastery of Khumbu Region. O/N.
After breakfast, start trekking of Dingboche. The trail passes Pangboche where the oldest Monastery of Khumbu region lies. After 6 hours approx. walk reach Tengboche. Tengboche is another Mountain View point in Everest Region.
As the elevation rise this day take a rest day at Dingboche. It is better to hike Nagarstang hill before lunch. After lunch, take rest.
Labuche is in 5 hours walking distance from Dingboche. This day our trail offers to view Khumbu icefall. Passing several frozen rivers and typically design stone house we reach Labuche.
A day when we achieve our dream. Start early morning, it is quite long walking day (8-9 hours) but a worthwhile one. From Labuche, we first get to Gorakshep (lunch-place), then hike up to Everest Base Camp. Spend some times in base camp of highest mountain, click some memories and leave your footprints. After then we will trek back to Gorakshep. Gorakshep itself offers the magnificent views of Himalayas. O/N
Early morning, hike Kalapathar (5545m.)- Best mountain view point which offers the stunning views including:Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse and other neighboring peaks. Enjoy the picturesque views. Then take descend trail to trek Pheriche.O/N.
An easy walking day. With 4 hours gentle walk from Pheriche we reach Namche Bazar. It is the same way back via Tengboche. O/N.
Start trekking relatively later than other days. From Namche the trail descends steeply via Dudh Koshi River. We pass Jorsalle and Monjo before reaching Phakding. It will be 5 hours trekking this day. O/N.
With 3-4 hours descend trail trek from Phakding will take to Lukla. In evening there will be a farewell dinner with Sherpa and Guides. O/N.
With early morning 30 minutes flight we will fly back to Kathmandu. In free time you can either take rest or can do some last minutes shopping in Thamel. Even will be for farewell dinner with Hike Manaslu team.
A Hike Manaslu representative will transfer you to Tribhuvan International Airport for returning flight. We hope to see you again in Nepal.

No. There are no ATMs on this trek route. You will have to draw enough cash in Namche or Kathmandu. There are a number of ATMs in these cities. Everything is paid in Nepali rupees. So money should be exchanged before the start of the trek.
Yes. Internet can be accessed in most places. Sometimes, there might be some technical problems. Internet in Nepal is not as fast as you are used to and at times you can just lose connection.
Not really. It depends on you. If you want, EBC trekking can be done independently. You could hire a guide and a porter by yourself instead of going through an agency or not hire a guide at all. Although, not having a guide can be a little problematic during off season.
It really depends on you. Is it your first time in Nepal? How confident are you of being able to find your way around? How pressed on time are you? If you go through an agency, it will be costlier but everything will be planned. You will only have to come, trek and return.
